One of only a few prints ever made by Jaguar of Cliff Ruddell artwork of a Jaguar Concept Car and a Group 44, XJR5 car.
This is a photographic print taken by Jaguar Photographic dept. on a plate camera, ensuring highest quality. The original artwork was done in November 1984 by Cliff Ruddell. Only a few of these prints were ever produced.
The artwork is of a generic mid engined Jaguar Concept sports car with a XJR5 in the background.
The XJR5 was designed by Lee Dykstra for Bob Tullius Group 44 team with support by Jaguar Cars. Powered by Jaguar’s 12 cylinder engine. Doc Brundy and Brian Redman had a 1 - 2 victory with this car in the 1984 Miami Grand Prix. Group 44 later bought the name Jaguar back to Le Mans.
Mounted in a high quality metal frame in good condition. Linen mount is stained at the lower edge but no marks to the backing board.
